Dirilyte, Dirigold Goldware

Dirilyte is flatware company known for its gold-toned bronze alloy, originally marketed as Dirigold. It was developed in 1914 by Carl Molin in Sweden and later moved to Kokomo, Indiana, where it became popular in the 1940s and 1950s. The company changed its name to Dirilyte in 1935 to avoid confusion since the flatware contained no actual gold. Production ceased in 1986.
