Description

Conceptualized by celebrated glass artisan Edith Mair for a brief production window between 2005 and 2007, this mixed-media design represents an upscale, sculptural evolution of traditional holiday iconography.
Measuring approximately 2 inches in height and 1.3 inches in length, the ornament features a central body intricately chiseled from premium clear lead crystal. Dozens of geometric facets are carved into the core to function as micro-prisms, absorbing ambient room light or the warm glow of nearby tree strings and scattering it into a brilliant, rainbow-like dance. Giving the piece its sleek, minimalist personality, the sweeping legs and branching antlers are cast in a bright, tarnish-resistant rhodium-plated finish. It features an integrated loop at the crown and comes ready to float effortlessly on your tree or window pane via its premium white ribbon
